One fall day.......

on 22.10.10

I took this on my way home, it is on Radar Hill.
This is on Highway 44, it reminds me of the book To Kill a Mockingbird..

This is the sunset that made me pull over on Highway 44 to take a picture.  It was perfect timing because it lasted less than a minute.  It really was that orange.

This was taken when we took an autumn stroll through Sioux Park.

We were watching RCCH beat Philip.  I love vintage when it comes to photos, and Kyra's aviators just begged to be photographed.  The top photo I focused on Kyra so that Victoria would be blurred, and on the bottom I did the exact opposite.

I ran EE In a hurry, PW bring out the eyes, slight light, sharpen this then I ran the actions listed on the photos. I'm a vintage girl, so that one is my favorite! Thanks for doing this Amanda, so much fun!

So this is a photo that is submitted by Amanda at EE, and then you play with it and submit your edit.  The one in the middle is the original.  I ran PW boost, then I added texture.

Great find!

on 13.10.10

When we were at the park a few weeks ago, we spotted this cool couch near the creek.  Even though there was no one at the site, I knew right away that some lucky person was about to have a photo session.  I couldn't help but take a few pics of my own.  I had fun playing with some textures.  I think my favorite is the 1st and 4th one. What about you?

Autumn Bliss!

Love the yellows, but we need some reds!  We should all agree to plant more maples.

October leaves

on 11.10.10

October gave a party;
The leaves by hundreds came -
The Chestnuts, Oaks, and Maples,
And leaves of every name.
The Sunshine spread a carpet,
And everything was grand,
Miss Weather led the dancing,
Professor Wind the band.

Fall Goodies!

Reeses....yum!  I love the bokeh in this photo.

What is fall without candy corn?

Autumn lunch

We went to Spearfish Canyon a few weeks ago and had lunch, hiked about, and enjoyed the colors.  We ate the Latchstring Inn, I had the Canyon melt, which was delicious!  I couldn't leave without taking a few pictures....
